Looking for shared accommodations with one or two others in greater Victoria area. I'm also open to searching with someone as well to find our own place. A house or town home is preferred but would consider an apartment. Move in dates are fairly flexible so July, August or September are fine. I'm moving from Vancouver back to Victoria my home town. i'm a friendly, easy going middle aged guy that's sociable and also enjoys quiet time. I'm looking for a non smoking quiet place with similar types, M/F as long as we are compatible that's clean and tidy. I'm a hard working guy who is a tradesman ( own business ) and also work in the mining industry doing research. I'm looking for someone that works fairly regular hours in their profession.. I love animals so someone that has them is fine. I'm open to most areas but on the north side of town preferred. if you are looking for a friendly and easy going guy that enjoys most outdoor things on his day off and enjoys home cooking reading. movies, Imax and more inside then send me some info.
