ACCOMMODATION
- Bedroom is located in the basement area where two other female students have bedrooms.
- Basement common areas include entrance, washroom, living room and kitchen.
- Please note that the homeowners use part of the basement, so the homeowners also have access to basement common areas.
- Single occupancy only.
- Utilities and internet included (utilities are $15/month extra if you use an excess of utilities).
- We are looking for a non-smoking, considerate and tidy female to stay in our family home.
- You would be sharing the home with a working couple that has two rambunctious young daughters. We are easygoing and enjoy getting to know our renters.
