Can be furnished (or not). Long term availability. Generally quiet and laid-back household -- no drama preferred. Perfect situation for a student (especially a mature/grad student), working folk, or anyone wanting a cool place to live for a very reasonable price.
Longer stay preferred but will consider everyone. Good roommates looking for same. International students are welcome!
House has washer/dryer, dishwasher, fully-stocked kitchen, 2 livingrooms, 2 bathrooms, music room, storage, garage, nice yard w/ garden, high-speed wifi, cable. Very nice quiet neighbourhood. Beaches, parks and rec centre nearby. Plenty of parking and located right near several bus routes (to downtown, Uvic, Camosun, Hillside, etc.); as well as nice area to walk or bike. 420-friendly (in our outdoor lounge.)
