This kit is the perfect set up for web retailers or anyone wants to get a high quality videos and shots. It provides very higher power, total output is 2400 Watt continuous lighting.
Light Stand:

Photo Bulb:
45 watt fluorescent light bulb = 200 watt Incandescent light bulbs each with a day light balanced color temperature of 5000K. The total output is 2400 Watt. These high-output daylight balanced compact fluorescent bulbs are ideally suited for digital photography. They also have very low heat so they don't get hot like the more common photo bulb choices.
Light Socket:
It mounts on standard light stands. 2switches on the back to adjust the output The kit has dedicated softboxes with the speedring built right into the light socket. Light head comes with an umbrella holder for alternative umbrella to use.
Softbox:
20"x28" softbox with inner and outter diffusers. Each one has 4 rods with metal tips.
