2017 Norco Sight A7.3, upgraded, 9 mths old - Excellent Condition in Galiano, British Columbia for sale

HISTORY:
I am the original owner and the bike was purchased new in January of this year (2018) from the North Shore Bike Shop in North Vancouver, BC. I've put about 50 hours on it in that time.
CONDITION:
The bike is in perfect mechanical order. I am very careful about maintenance, cleaning and lubing... this bike has been very well cared for. I just serviced both the fork (50 hour service) and the shock as well as bled the brakes. Cassette, derailleur, chain and chainring de-greased and freshly lubed.
UPGRADES:
-Cassette / Chainring - Wolftooth GC49 cassette cog added to the stock SRAM 11t to 42t cassette - So the 11 speed cassette is now an 11t to 49t, which is paired with a Wolftooth 32t chainring up front.
- Brakes - Shimano M396 with upgraded Shimano rotors (from the "resin only" rotors that came stock) including a 203mm rotor up front and Shimano sintered pads.
- Tires - Set-up tubeless with OrangeSeal sealant and valves. I just cleaned out both tires of all dried sealant, put in new sealant and reset them on Oct 20th.
- Handlebar - Chromag BZA Carbon 35
- Stem - Raceface Turbine R 35
- Grips - Raceface Love Handles
- Seatpost - Brand-X Ascend 150mm dropper with a Wolftooth Remote (the dropper is just a month old, works perfectly).
- Chain - SRAM PC-X1 11 speed
KEY STOCK SPECS:
- Frame - Sight 140mm travel
- Fork - Rockshox Yari RC 150mm (I have a 160mm air shaft that I will include or install if requested which turns the bike a 140mm/160mm and slackens the head angle by 0.5 degrees (to 66.4) which is how they sell the new bike)
- Shock - Rockshox Monarch RT with Debonair
- Saddle - SDG Fly Mtn
- Tires - Maxxis Minion DHF / DHR II 27.5x2.30 EXO/DC (90% tread)
- Shifter - Sram NX 11 speed
- Derailleur - Sram NX 11 speed X-Horizon
- Bottom Bracket - Threaded sealed bearing

Such a great bike, have had an amazing time on it and hope it finds a new loving home. Only reason I'm selling is because I'm leveling up.
